Scary as it may be, here in 2008, not much has changed in the Drinking Water scenario. Daily News Headlines advertise disaster after disaster. Power Failures make the drinking water problem worse . Filtration plants go offline as the Power fails yet water still flows to the residents.Sewerage is dumped into rivers . Complaints fall on deaf ears .
